OPT: KRCS dispatches second medical aid shipment for Gaza

EL-ARISH, Egypt, Jan 8 (KUNA) -- A Kuwaiti military plane, filled with tons of relief aid, arrived at el-Arish airport Thursday in an effort to help ease the suffering of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

Head of the Emergency and Catastrophes' Department at KRCS Musa'ad Al-Enizi told KUNA that this was the second dispatch of the Kuwaiti society's aid to Gazans, which came upon instruction from His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, saying that KRCS is coordinating efforts with authorities in Egypt to hand in the supplies.

Al-Enizi also thanked Kuwait's Ambassador to Egypt Dr. Rasheed Al-Hamad for his efforts in facilitating the entry of aid to the Palestinians.
