It has been nearly 19 months since the start of the conflict in Gaza. Ongoing intense attacks from air, land and sea across much of the region have resulted in civilian casualties, mass displacement and the destruction of civilian infrastructure. More than 52,600 Palestinians have been killed and almost 119,000 injured.
