May 26 (Reuters) - Latest political and security developments in the Palestinian territories and Israel on Saturday:

JENIN, West Bank - Israeli arrested Palestinian Minister of State Wasfi Kabha, a member of the Hamas-led Palestinian unity government on Saturday, a Palestinian security official said.

Kabha was the second cabinet minister to be seized by Israeli forces since Thursday. The Israeli army said it arrested a Hamas member overnight but did not identify him.

GAZA - Israel carried out five air strikes early Saturday morning, hitting militia posts and a guardhouse outside Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh's home, witnesses said. At least three people, all passers-by, were hurt, doctors said.

Israel's air strikes have killed at least 38 people since the beginning of Israel's air campaign. Of the 38, militant groups say 25 were fighters, including two killed late Friday.
