Insecurity Insight identified 2698 incidents of violence against or obstruction of access to health care in the occupied Palestinian territory between 07 October 2023 and 27 May 2025. In the Gaza Strip, where 1887 incidents were recorded, health facilities were damaged 371 times, 655 health workers were killed and 355 arrested.
In the West Bank and East Jerusalem, where 751 incidents were recorded, 12 health workers were killed and 160 arrested. Ambulances and health workers were prevented from providing vital medical care to people in need over 470 times.
