The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control & Preventions (NCDC) continues to monitor reports of yellow fever cases in Nigeria.

A total of 189 suspected cases were reported from 124 Local Government Areas (LGAs) across 33 states. The statesinclude: Adamawa (2), Akwa Ibom (1), Anambra (7), Bauchi (32), Bayelsa (7), Benue (5), Borno (11), Cross River (4), Delta (7), Ebonyi (1), Edo (2), Ekiti (12), Enugu (11), Gombe (1), Imo (4), Jigawa (3), Kaduna (5), Kano (1), Katsina (20), Kogi (2), Kwara (3), Lagos (1), Nasarawa (3), Niger (2), Ogun (8), Ondo (3), Osun (5), Oyo (4), Plateau (5), Rivers (6), Taraba (9), Yobe (1) and Zamfara (1).

Two (2) Presumptive positive cases were reported from the Central Public Health Laboratory, Lagos [1] and University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu [1] within the reporting month. These cases were reported from: Ekiti (1) [ Moba-1, and Enugu (1) [Nkanu West-(1). One (1) Inconclusive case was recorded from the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu (UNTH)) within the reporting month. This case was from: Imo (1).
-There were no confirmed cases from Institut Pasteur (IP) Dakar.
- No death was recorded among suspected and confirmed cases in the reporting month
