Conflict between Okuama and Okoloba communities in Ughelli South and Bomadi LGAs Delta State, leading to killing of seventeen (17) military officers who had since then taken over Okuama and neighbouring communities by force, leading to lost of lives, livelihoods, displacement of community members into the forest. Reports states that the military are currently moving From home to home picking Young men which has led to killing of innocent people in the community.

Displaced persons are currently In the forest and on the run for fear of the unknown, and it is rumoured that there may be reprisal attacks.
