Between 27 January and 2 February 2025, a total of 262 new arrivals were recorded at locations in Adamawa and Borno states. The new arrivals were recorded at locations in Askira/Uba, Bama, Mobbar and Monguno local government areas (LGAs) of the most conflict-affected Borno State, in Hong and Mubi North LGA of Adamawa State.
ETT assessments identified the following movement triggers: attack (177 individuals or 68%), family re-unification (40 individuals or 15%), fear of attack (29 individuals or 11%) and business (16 individuals or 6%).
