Since 30 August 2015, nine Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Adamawa State have been flooded following a technological breakdown between Dadin Kowa Dam in Gombe state and Kiri Dam in Adamawa state, exacerbated by the rainfall of recent days. The floods have affected an estimated 302,200 people. As flooding is still ongoing, is difficult to estimate needs.
