MoHA officials said that even landless squatters are coming to them claiming to be flood victims to get hold of the government's relief and rehabilitation package.
Around 60,000 people were either displaced or affected by the Koshi floods that hit eastern parts of Nepal a month ago.
Meanwhile, the Constituent Assembly meeting held in the capacity of Legislature-Parliament on Wednesday unanimously endorsed a seven-point resolution directing the government to take immediate initiative to provide relief for flood and landslide victims of eastern and western parts of the country.
