An estimated 228,500 people have been affected by the flooding in northern Namibia, with 65 people killed and 60,000 people displaced

About 78 relocation centres, some informal, had been established, housing an estimated 15,000 people

A CERF application and Flash Appeal are being prepared to support the flood response
