• The third session of the 21st-Century Panglong Union Peace Conference has been moved to early May
• KIA has withdrawn its Battalion 14 from Tanai Township due to renewed offensive by the Myanmar Army
• Myanmar Army has pulled back troops from Bangladesh’s southeastern frontier
• Myanmar Army troops invaded and stationed in Southern Hpapun district controlled by the KNU
• UWSA said it has not yet agreed to sign the govemment’s NCA agreement although it supports the concept
• Senior General Min Aung Hlaing urged the EAOs to agree the NCA and stop wasting time on impossible demands
• If the government officially invited, FPNCC will attend the 21st Century Panglong Conference.
