In November, every year since 2022, MIMU has produced infographics highlighting the situatition of women and girls in Myanmar, drawing from various local and international publications, as part of the 16 Days of Activism Campaign Against Gender-Based Violence. This year's "Inequality and Insecurity: Infographics on the Situation of Women and Girls in Myanmar" serve as both an informational and advocacy resource to bring much-needed attention to issues such as the disproportionate impact of natural disasters, high female landmine casualties, a worsening economy and employment outlook for women, the prevalence of domestic violence, and the overall climate of fear and insecurity.
