OVERVIEW & KEY DEVELOPMENTS

- The WASH cluster convened a participatory Bogale township workshop on dry season water security on 27 November. - GAA has distributed fertilizers (TSP=1,548.5 bags; MOP=619.4 bags) and 6,194 gallons of diesel for 3,097 acres (23 villages) for summer rice in GAA coverage area where summer rice can be planted. For southern area, GAA has distributed 24,864 metric tons of seeds, 886 gallons of fuel as inputs for pulse cultivation. On 7 December, GAA coordinated with the irrigation department to repair the dam which will help more than 3,000 acres of farm lands in Thet Kei Seik, Sa Khan Gyi and Hpoe Lay village tracts for summer rice.
