The INGC is coordinating all foreign military assets through bilateral engagement with assisting countries that have been cleared to assist the government of Mozambique. The INGC has appointed a dedicated Officer for the overall coordination of Foreign Military and Civilian Defence Assets (MCDAs) in Beira, the hub for the ongoing relief operations. A Civil-Military coordination structure will be set up in Beira to ensure efficient coordination.
