The tollfree inter-agency hotline is accessible from Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm. Linha Verde 1458 is used by the affected population and actors to ask for information, request assistance or raise concerns in relation to, or resulting from assistance. An aspect of accountability to affected populations, the hotline also serves as a mechanism to report abuses in assistance.
