Context
The Chiure district government identified the site in Novermber 2020. PLanning and demarcation of the site was done by the local authorieis and the site was opened in December 2020. Due to the NSAG attacks in Ancuabe in June 2021, the site experienced an small influx of IDPs. There are currently 450 HH accomodated in the site.
