Context
The site was selected by Chiure Administration in July and demarcated by their engineers. IDPs displaced from Quissanga, Muidumbe, Mocimboa da Praia, and Macomia arrived Katapua in July 2020. A site plan was developed for the site and solar street lights were installed to increase security at night.
