- ELEANOR is expected to continue southward over the Ocean strengthening on 21 February. After that, it is forecast to move over the Ocean between Mauritius and Rodrigues Islands on 22-23 February, with maximum sustained winds up to 137 km/h (tropical cyclone). Furthermore, it will weaken and dissipate on 24-25 February 200 km south of Mauritius.
