UNICEF and its partners implemented a coordinated response to meet the needs of children requiring critical humanitarian assistance. Water, Sanitation and Hygiene assistance was provided to 254,835 people, 1,977 unaccompanied and separated children could benefit from holistic care, 164,220 children were treated for Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) and 7,412,687 children under 5 were administered polio vaccine. Support was provided to 126,106 children, allowing them to access education in conflict-affected areas.
