HEAVY RAIN WARNING (RED STAGE)

Red Stage Warning updated at 1.30 pm on 23 November 2009 with intermittent occasionally heavy rain occurring from time to time over Kelantan and Terengganu is expected to continue until Saturday, 28 November 2009.

HEAVY RAIN WARNING (ORANGE STAGE)

Orange Stage Warning updated at 1.30 pm on 23 November 2009 with intermittent occasionally heavy rain occurring from time to time over Pahang (Pekan and Kuantan Districts) is expected to continue until Saturday, 28 November 2009.

HEAVY RAIN ADVISORY (YELLOW STAGE)

Heavy Rain Advisory (Yellow Stage) updated at 11.55 am on 22 November 2009 still valid. Intermittent occasionally heavy rain occurring from time to time over Pahang (Jerantut, Maran and Rompin Districts), Perak (Hulu Perak, Larut and Matang Districts), Kedah (Sik, Baling, Kubang Pasu, Padang Terap, Kota Setar and Pendang Districts) and Perlis is expected to continue until Wednesday, 25 November 2009.

This condition may cause floods in low-lying areas near the river banks.

Public are advised to be more vigilant and follow instruction from the authorities concerned. Public should follow the evacuation order from the authorities if affected by the flood.
