More than five hundred Darfuris fleeing from Libya to Tunisia demanded the United Nations to transport them to a safe country. A member of the committee of people fleeing from Libya, Adam Abdullah, told Radio Dabanga that they are facing difficult circumstances. Organziations are not providing water and shelter for them and he renewed his their appeal to the UN to move quickly to solve the problem.

On the other hand, around one hundred and sixty refugees in camps in Eastern Chad who were in Libya called on the UN to grant them political or humanitarian asylum. Abu Bakr Zakaria, the spokesman of the refugees, told Radio Dabanga that they had protested yesterday in front of the UN headquarters to get a quick solution to their problems after they had spent more than two months and added that they had refused to go to previous camps.
