The present report is submitted pursuant to Security Council resolution 2144 (2014) of 14 March 2014. It covers major political and security developments in Libya, provides an overview of the human rights situation in the country and outlines the activities of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) since my report of 26 February 2014 (S/2014/131).
