Roundtable Summary 5th April 2011

Introduction

The Humanitarian Policy Group (HPG) at the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) organised a roundtable meeting to discuss the situation in Libya and to reflect on the current response of the international community and its protection objectives. Given the sensitivities of this topic and to promote an open and frank discussion the meeting was held under the Chatham House Rule. What follows is a summary of the discussion.
