Keynotes and Events of Public Health Significance

  • 100% completeness in reporting from all Districts.

  • 89% reporting timeliness (76 facilities in Montserrado and 6 facilities in Sinoe reported late).

  • One death in a suspected case of yellow fever was reported.

  • One death attributable to cholera was reported.

  • National Polio vaccination campaign completed February 27.

  • Increased surveillance due to ongoing outbreaks of measles in Guinea and rubella in Sierra Leone.
