Lebanon Response Plan Overview

What is the Lebanon Response Plan?

• Unified response framework for crisis-affected populations in Lebanon co-led by the Government of Lebanon (GoL) and the United Nations (UN).

• Two-year humanitarian-stabilization framework (2024-2025), with annual planning.

• Builds upon the previous Lebanon Crisis Response Plan (LCRP) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP).

• Addresses the needs of vulnerable people across populations, including Lebanese, displaced Syrians, Palestinian Refugees from Syria (PRS), Palestine Refugees in Lebanon (PRL), migrants (and 'other' category for reporting including refugees of other nationalities). Includes interventions targeting households internally displaced due to escalation of hostilities across population groups.
