INTRODUCTION
IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) collected data through Surveys with Refugees in the Ukraine Response Region from August to December 2024, completing a total of 182 interviews with refugees from Ukraine in Latvia. All respondents reported they were living in the country at the time of the interview. This report explores different aspects of the economic employment profiles, and prospects of the adult respondents. The involvement Latvia in report the offers labour insights market, into detailing their their experiences, needs, and intentions regarding employment in for integration, the duration of their displacement. Results are rounded to the nearest whole number and some questions allow multiple answers; hence, some totals may fall below or above 100 per cent.
