Description
A state of emergency is declared in Batken district. July 10, at about 15:30 local time, heavy rains triggered mudflows in Ak-Tatyr village of Batken district. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 32 houses were damaged to varying degrees, along with more than 60 household plots and agriculture field.
