The drought situation remained normal and stable due to good performance of the long rains and the off-season rains.

Livestock prices remained above LTA while maize prices remained stable but below LTA. Terms of trade were favourable to pastoral households.
Utilization indicators
About 19 percent of children in sampled households were at risk of malnutrition while 44 percent of the respondents had acceptable food consumption score.
