Biophysical Indicators

 November was relatively wet registering above normal and evenly distributed rains in space and time.

 Vegetation condition index for the month stood at 60.91. This is indicative of normal vegetation greenness compared to the long term average.

Socio Economic Indicators (Impact Indicators)

 The livestock body condition was fair across livelihood zones.

 Milk production was below long term average by 1.1 litres in November.

 Milk consumption of 1.6 litres was reported in November 0.4 litres less to long term averages of 2.0 litres.

 Distances to water sources for households unchanged from last month at 0.4 Km.

 Terms of trade ratio decreased from 65.4 in October to 63.9 in November.

 Percent of children at risk of malnutrition was 0.8 in November which was lower than the long term average of 2.4 percent.

 CSI dropped from 6.57 In October to 5.75 in November.
