- Rainfall was reducing in the entire district.

- Pastures and browse remained in good quality and quantity across the district.

- Livestock appreciated in value and body condition.

- Water is readily available all round the district.

- Food prices reduced drastically for all food commodities.

- Malaria and common colds remained a concern as last month.

- Milk was readily available in the district.

- Nutritional status for the under fives deteriorated slightly from 15.2 to 15.4compared to last month's percentages.

- Livestock prices significantly increased.

- Commonly available labour is weeding and cultivation.

- No major disease outbreaks reported during the month with an exception of a few malaria and flu cases.
