Explosion in Mombasa leaves 3 dead, 25 injured

An explosion at the Jerico Bar, Mshomoroni in Mombasa, Coast, at 10:00pm on Sunday 24th June 2012, left three people dead and twenty five others injured.

Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS), through its Mombasa Branch and its E-Plus ambulances was among the first responders who assisted the injured and rushed them to the Coast Provincial Hospital. Currently, Kenya Red Cross Society has set up a tracing camp where the Society’s personnel are carrying out re-unification of families and psychosocial support.
