• Livestock body condition was fair to good

• Milk production was above normal across the county.

• There were no unusual livestock death cases

• Terms of trade were good and above LTA

• Distances to water sources for households were below the long-term average.

• The number of under-five children at risk of malnutrition were slightly above the seasonal range.

• Copping strategy index (CSI) for households was within normal seasonal range.

• The bulk of the households had acceptable food consumption score
