♦ UNHCR is transitioning towards distributing cash assistance through mobile wallets, with some 98% of households in Azraq now using a mobile wallet account
♦ Through different hotlines, UNHCR received and addressed more than 900 calls
♦ More than 1,500 cases were processed by UNHCR for dierent registration issues including documentation renewals
♦ Hygiene and sanitation in the camp remain a concern, as only 12% of private latrines needed for the elderly and people with disabilities have been constructed
