The campaign is being implemented as per the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and under the follow-up of Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and H.H.
