Jan 16 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq as of 1100 GMT on Monday.

MOSUL - A car bomb exploded in a residential complex housing displaced Shi'ite Muslims, killing at least eight people and wounding four, east of the city of Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, hospital and police sources said.
