Jan 13 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq as of 1300 GMT on Friday.

  • KIRKUK - Two car bombs targeting police officers' houses blew up separately and wounded at least 15 people in the oil city of Kirkuk, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad, local officials said.
