Welcome to IM colleagues, and introduction of new members.
The chair reviewed action points from the last meeting and noting the following:

Data Responsibility: Preparation of data asset registry – Ongoing with the template drafted and pre- populated with priority data management activities and datasets; inputs outstanding from Education, Emergency Livelihoods, General Protection, Child Protection, SNFI, WASH and IIC.

Data Responsibility: Data ecosystem mapping, including review of data exchanges, policies, and procedures (soft tools) for correctly managing sensitive data – Pending completion of the data asset registry and endorsement of the Information Sharing Protocol.

ActivityInfo training material and guidance notes to be shared with OCHA for hosting on the HR.Info recourses page. Outstanding inputs from Education and Food Security – Past Due.

IM gaps, challenges and priorities for 2022: Request for inputs from EL, GP, DTM and REACH by 3 February, however, no inputs were received. OCHA has compiled a selection of priority activities for consideration by the working group.
The minutes for the 25 January 2022 IMWG meeting were adopted.
