June 14 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 0830 GMT on Thursday:

BAGHDAD - Twenty-five bodies were found shot and tortured around Baghdad on Wednesday, police said.

ISKANDARIYA - Three Sunni Muslim mosques were attacked and burned by unidentified gunmen south of Baghdad early on Thursday, police said.

LATIFIYA - A body was found with gunshot wounds and signs of torture in Latifiya, 40 km (25 miles) south of Baghdad, police said.

NEAR BALAD - Gunmen killed two farmers and wounded another three near Balad, 80 km (50 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.
