First Response Radio: Capacity Building in Asia, Jan‐March 2013

Nepal:

First Response Radio provided a complete “Radio in a Suitcase” Kit to CDAC partner, BBC Media Action, to enable them to build capacity in Nepal for rapid response in disaster, and trained in London on the use of the kit.

First Response Radio Trainers, Mike Adams, International Co‐ordinator of First Response and Hazeen Latif of First Response Pakistan also helped train BBC teams in Nepal during January to use the radio kit in a simulated earthquake situation.
