・ The Center for Health Crisis of Ministry of Health (CHC/MOH) reported 2 earthquakes that happened on 4 and 9 September 2012, as following:

On Tuesday, 4 September 2012 at 20.27 Western Indonesia Time (UCT+7), an earthquake with magnitude 5 SCR hit Buttuada Village, Bonehau Sub-district, 41 km of Northwest of Mamasa District, West Sulawesi Province;

On Sunday, 9 September 2012 at 01.27 Western Indonesia Time (UCT+7), an earthquake with magnitude 4,8 SCR hit 2 villages (Cibunian and Purwabakti), Pamijahan Sub-district, 31 km of Southwest of Bogor District, West Java Province.
・ Per 11 September 2012 at 10.00 Western Indonesian Time (UCT+7), The Centre for Health Crisis (CHC) Ministry of Health (MoH) reported 1 person with minor injury, 67 houses and 2 health facilities damaged
・ The Mamasa DHO conducted assessment to the affected areas;
・ The Regional CHC South Sulawesi coordinated with the emergency response officers of West Sulawesi Province
・ The Bogor DHO evacuated the victim, provided medical services in H.Rosid Clinic, and conducted assessment in 3 affected areas.
・ The Mamasa DHO, Bogor DHO, West Sulawesi PHO, West Java PHO, Regional CHC South Sulawesi, Regional CHC DKI Jakarta and CHC/MOH are monitoring the situation closely
