- Drought affecting Khan Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan and Dak Lak. Provinces. Based on the report, about 60,000 families experienced water shortage and 150,000 ha of agricultural lands were affected. The government has made several actions to overcome the situation, such as examine the water reservoir and distribute clean water to the affected people.
Strong wind damaged 25 houses in Bone and 25 houses in Jeneponto, South Sulawesi Province. Whirlwind also damaged 71 houses in Demak, Central Java Province.
786 people were evacuated due to the landslide in Toraja, South Sulawesi Province.
Flood submerged 3,600 houses in Lamongan, East Java Province. Based on the media, flood also affected 155 families in Sumedang and Bandung, West Java Province.
Earthquake 7.8 M occurred in the Indian Ocean. The shake was strongly felt particularly in the West Sumatra Province. No significant damages have been reported.
