There have been several flooding incidents all over Indonesia that affected numerous areas in the provinces of Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Central Java and East Java. Approximately 47,042 people were affected and displaced 2,057 individuals.
Two flood incidents occurred in Malaysia over the week caused by heavy rains. The first is in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, where 176 people were affected. The second incident occurred in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu impacting around 1,100 people.
Continuous heavy rains caused flooding in the southern provinces of Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Surat Thani, and Trang. Around 750,281 affected.
Torrential rains caused flooding in the central provinces of Quảng Ngãi and Bình Định. 1 person was reported dead and two more missing. Around 9,620 people were affected and 2,405 houses inundated.
