High rainfall intensity has caused flood and flashflood in the northern provinces. Seven provinces and 61 villages were affected by flood. In Kamphaeng Pet, the worst affected province, 800 houses were damaged. Meanwhile, 2,000 families in Uttaradit province were urged to evacuate to safer places due to the situation. In total, 853 houses were reportedly affected in province of Kamphaeng Pet, Uttaradit, Chiang Mai, Phitsanulok, Lampang, Loei and Udon Thani.
Twister hit Takhli district, Nakhon Sawan province, damaging 27 houses and 89 electric poles.
Flood inundated 11 subdistricts in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi Province. In Wanggu subdistrict, 91 houses were inundated and 409 people were displaced.
Thunderstorm and strong wind damaged 91 houses and hectares of agriculture areas in Tuong Duong and Quy Hop districts, Nghe An Province.
