Flood Situation in different States:

Himachal Pradesh:

  • Three cloud burst incident reported in the state ( 02 in district Kullu and 01 in Chamba) in these incident 15 person are stranded, 05 houses damaged fully and 15 partially, 02 foot bridge and some animals washed away. 15 persons were stranded, out of which 14 person rescue safely and 01 person died.

Uttar Pradesh :

  • Due to continuous heavy rainfall and rise of water level in rivers Ganga, Yamuna, Sharda, Hindon and Ghagra flood like situation created in 13 Districts (Aligarh, Bijnor, Badaun, Farrukhabad, Firozabad, Gautam Budha Nagar, Ghaziabad, Mathura, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Sharanpur, Shahjahanpur and Shamli) and total 350 villages are affected in the State. Total 77864 people have been affected during last 24 hrs and 1995 people are shifted in relief camps. NDRF, SDRF and PAC are deployed for rescue and relief operation.

Today NIL reports received from 05States/UTs:-Bihar. Odisha, Sikkim, Tripura and Andaman & Nicobar.

Today reports not received from 16 States/UTs:- Arunachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Jharkhand, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland,Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, Chandigarh, Delhi, Lakshadweep, Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir and Dadra Nagar Haveli & Daman Diu
