Flood Situation in different States:
Maharashtra :

On 19.07.2023 at around 2230 to 2330 hrs an incident of Major Landslide occurred at the Irsalwadi village in Khalapur Taluka in Raigad District.The village has reportedly 48 families with a population of 228 people. 21 people have been reportedly injured who are being treated at the base camp set up at the foothills near the village and some are being treated at MGM hospital in Navi Mumbai. The region has received 499 mm of rainfall over last three days. 16 people have been reported to have died in the incident.

Due to continuous heavy rainfall Since last 03 days and rise of water level in rivers Vaitarna, Tansa Savitri, Ulhas, Bhagawati, Koyna and Krishna, flood like situation created in 06 Districts (Palghar, Satara, Raigad, Gadchiroli and Sindhdurg) in the state. Till now approx 2700 persons evacuated and shifted to safer places / relief camps.

4 teams of NDRF along with Sniffer dogs and necessary rescue equipments are conducting search and rescue operation .
Himachal Pradesh:
- Due to heavy rainfall, flash flood, cloud burst incidents flood like situation created in 06 Districts (Chamba, Shimla, Solan, Kinnaur, Lahaul & Spiti and mandi) in the State. Landslide incidents also reported at various places in Districts Kinnaur, Shimla, Kullu, L&S, Solan and Mandi. NDRF, SDRF, Army have been deployed for rescue and relief operation.
Punjab:
- Due to continuous heavy rainfall, flood like situation created in 08 Districts (Bhatinda, Firozpur, Fazilka, Sangrur, Gurdaspur, Mansa, Hoshiarpur, Faridkot, Rupnagar) in the state. 45 MM rainfall recorded during last 24 hrs in the State. NDRF and SDRF have been deployed for rescue and relief operation.
Today NIL reports received from 07 States/UTs:, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Meghalaya, Tripura, Andaman & Nicobar, Dadra Nagar Haveli & Daman Diu, and Puducherry.
Today reports not received from 15 States/UTs:- Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Himachal Pradesh Jharkhand, Manipur, Mizoram, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, Chandigarh, Delhi Lakshadweep, Ladakh, and Jammu & Kashmir.
