Today reports not received from 15 States/UTs:- Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Goa, Jharkhand, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Chandigarh, Lakshadweep, Ladakh, and Jammu & Kashmir.

02 columns of Indian Army are deployed (WHO building- 1 & ITO Barrage- 1) and assisting local Administration in flood affected area.

Additional Maintenance team deployed at Sluice gate No.12.

06 columns of Army are on standby.

Indian Navy

01 team of Deep Divers deployed since 14.07.2023 for opening of Jammed Sluice gates at ITO Barrage where 05 gates were blocked. Out of which gate No. 32 lifted (opened) on 14.07.2023 and another gate no. 30 lifted (opened) on 18.07.2023 successfully.

Gate no.29 – Assessment to open the jammed gate by Naval divers has been completed. There is heavy deposition of mud. De-silting work by using water jet is under progress.

Haryana :-
- Army - 01 columns deployed at Fatehabad for rescue and relief operation.
Punjab :-
- Army - 02 columns deployed at Mansa for rescue and relief operation.
Himachal Pradesh :-
- Army - 01 columns deployed at kaza for rescue and relief operation.
Deployment of NDRF
As per NDRF report dated 19.07.2023:
Delhi:

Today 01 team de-requisitioned by local administration, now 07 teams of NDRF along with rescue boats and other necessary equipments are kept on standby mode by local administration for rescue and relief operation..

NDRF has detailed 02 officers as Nodal Officers for supervision of NDRF deployment in connection with Flood situation in Delhi and to co-ordinate with concerned DMs and other functionaries:

NDRF rescued 1617 persons, evacuated 7385 persons and 956 livestock so far.
Himachal Pradesh:

14 Teams of NDRF along with rescue boats and other necessary equipments have been deployed for rescue operation.

NDRF rescued 62 persons and evacuated 5094 persons.
Haryana:

08 Teams of NDRF along with rescue boats and other necessary equipments have been deployed for rescue operation.

NDRF rescued 665 persons and evacuated 2088 persons and 34 livestock so far.
Punjab: -
02 Teams of NDRF along with rescue boats and other necessary equipments have been deployed for rescue operation.
