2. Damage reported by States/UTs during last 24 hours: -
Today NIL reports received from 10 States/UTs:
- Arunachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Odisha, Punjab, Tripura, Uttarakhand, Andaman & Nicobar and Dadra &Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Today reports not received from 18 States/UTs:
- Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Haryana, Jharkhand, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, Chandigarh, Delhi, Lakshadweep, Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir and Puducherry.
Flood situation in different States: -
Madhya Pradesh: -

Due to incessant and heavy rainfall during past three days in the State, flood like situationhas been created in 08 districts (Balaghat, Mandla, Sehore, Seoni, Chhindwara, Dhar Khandwa and Khargone) and some other districts have also been affected due to heavyrainfall. 07 to 30 cm rainfall has been recorded in these districts during the last 24 hrs. Loss of 16 human lives have been reported during the past two days.

A total of 17 houses fully and 186 houses have been partially damaged in 60 villages of 08districts during past two days.

04 teams of NDRF along with rescue boats and other necessary equipments have been deployed in affected areas for rescue and relief operation. NDRF has evacuated 12 people during the last 24 hrs.
Gujarat:
- Due to incessant and heavy rainfall during the last 24 hrs and release of water from Sardar Sarovar Dam, flood like situation has been created in 05 districts (Panchmahal, Bharuch, Narmada, Dahod and Vadodara) in the state. 09 to 25 cm rainfall has been recorded in these districts during the last 24 hrs.
- 12 people have been reported to be stranded in Vadodara district and 40 people in Naramda district. Search and rescue operations are being conducted by NDRF, SDRF, Air Force, Coast Guard, Police, and local administration.
- 01 IAF helicopter and 01 ICG helicopter have been deployed in the state for rescue and relief operation.
- Till now 6838 persons have been evacuated and 03 houses have been partially damaged in 100 villages of 05 districts during the last 24 hrs.
- 09 teams of NDRF along with rescue boats and other necessary equipments have been deployed in affected areas for rescue and relief operation.
- NDRF rescued 16 persons and evacuated 24 persons during last 24 hrs.

4. Deployment of NDRF: A total of 124 teams of NDRF have been pre-positioned/deployed across the country for the rescue and relief operation is attached as Annexure - II.
