Flood Situation in Meghalaya:- As per the report received today from SEOC, due to incessant rainfall, incidents of flash floods and landslide were reported in different districts of the State for the period 04.10.2024 to 06.10.2024. The Loss and damage reported by the State is as under:-
6. Today NIL reports received from 08 States/UTs: - Goa, Kerala, Nagaland, Punjab, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar and Puducherry
7. Today reports not received from 21 States/UTs: - Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Odisha, Rajasthan, Telangana, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Delhi, Chandigarh, Dadra Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, Jammu & Kashmir, Lakshadweep and Ladakh.
