Survivor & Community Led Response (SCLR) Co-Designing Workshop
Survivor & Community Led Response (SCLR) CoDesigning Workshop was facilitated by Mr Justin Corbett at Jorhat, Assam, from November 15–18, 2024.
The workshop covered foundational aspects of supporting community-led responses, the Core SCLR Approach, and Appreciative Inquiry. It also focused on practical measures, including "Do Less Harm" strategies and microgrant distribution, to reinforce mutual aid and accountability. Emphasis was on "learning by doing" and focused on crucial operational aspects such as process and impact monitoring, and practical implementation of programming, action planning, and budgeting.
The workshop aimed to equip participants with tools for immediate impact and foster sustainable community empowerment through a participatory approach.
