After the Interim shelter, SEEDS is planning to send a final round of winter relief around the last week of December.
The Interim shelter programme is scheduled to be completed by the end of this week. Material has been dispatched to the remaining sites and workforce has been increased substantially.
The temperatures in most of the locations are sub -- zero. Construction is in progress at several wards of Poonch City
